CSGALNACT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSGALNACT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSGALNACT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CSGALNACT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSGALNACT2-to-partner and partner-to-CSGALNACT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by CSGALNACT2-low versus CSGALNACT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSGALNACT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSGALNACT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
