CSGALNACT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSGALNACT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,381 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSGALNACT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD248, COL3A1, and LAMB1. Each is linked with CSGALNACT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSGALNACT1-to-partner and partner-to-CSGALNACT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSGALNACT1 versus CD248 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSGALNACT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSGALNACT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
