CSGALNACT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSGALNACT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,746 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSGALNACT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HS6ST1, VPS35P1, and IER2. Each is linked with CSGALNACT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSGALNACT1-to-partner and partner-to-CSGALNACT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSGALNACT1 versus HS6ST1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSGALNACT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSGALNACT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
