CSGALNACT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSGALNACT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSGALNACT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, 4E-BP1, and C-Raf. Each is linked with CSGALNACT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSGALNACT1-to-partner and partner-to-CSGALNACT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by CSGALNACT1-low versus CSGALNACT1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSGALNACT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSGALNACT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
