Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSGALNACT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSGALNACT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, NPHS2, and NPY. Each is linked with CSGALNACT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSGALNACT1-to-partner and partner-to-CSGALNACT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 grouped by CSGALNACT1-low versus CSGALNACT1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSGALNACT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSGALNACT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
