CSF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,441 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC13D, RETN, and S100A12. Each is linked with CSF3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF3-to-partner and partner-to-CSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSF3 versus UNC13D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
