CSF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1A2, MIR6821, and FAM230A. Each is linked with CSF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF3-to-partner and partner-to-CSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1A2 grouped by CSF3-low versus CSF3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
