CSF2RA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF2RA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,041 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF2RA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, ARHGAP15_S64, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with CSF2RA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF2RA-to-partner and partner-to-CSF2RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF2RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF2RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
