Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP, HSC, and Skeletal muscle. Each is linked with CSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF2-to-partner and partner-to-CSF2 results are reported.
