CSF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,820 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAU, MT2A, and CATSPER1. Each is linked with CSF2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF2-to-partner and partner-to-CSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSF2 versus PLAU in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
