Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,262 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein maturation, Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway, and Regulation of positive chemotaxis. Each is linked with CSF2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF2-to-partner and partner-to-CSF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein maturation grouped by CSF2-low versus CSF2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
