Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,783 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSF1R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and STAB1. Each is linked with CSF1R in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF1R-to-partner and partner-to-CSF1R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSF1R versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
