Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATL1, REEP4, and MED9. Each is linked with CSF1R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF1R-to-partner and partner-to-CSF1R results are reported.
