CSF1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF1R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, 4E-BP1, and PCNA. Each is linked with CSF1R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF1R-to-partner and partner-to-CSF1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by CSF1R-low versus CSF1R-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
