CSF1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSF1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSMEM1, DPRX, and CLLU1-AS1. Each is linked with CSF1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF1R-to-partner and partner-to-CSF1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSMEM1 grouped by CSF1R-low versus CSF1R-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
