Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,184 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, APBB1IP, and TNFAIP8L2. Each is linked with CSF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF1-to-partner and partner-to-CSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
