Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,929 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM30C, REEP5, and RNU6-934P. Each is linked with CSF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF1-to-partner and partner-to-CSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
