Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,521 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interleukin-11-mediated signaling pathway, Oncostatin-M-mediated signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization. Each is linked with CSF1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF1-to-partner and partner-to-CSF1 results are reported.
