CSE1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSE1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSE1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY12P, RN7SKP233, and NCOR1P1. Each is linked with CSE1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSE1L-to-partner and partner-to-CSE1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY12P grouped by CSE1L-low versus CSE1L-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSE1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSE1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
