CSE1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSE1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,615 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSE1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAU1, RAE1, and DDX27. Each is linked with CSE1L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSE1L-to-partner and partner-to-CSE1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSE1L versus STAU1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSE1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSE1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
