CSDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,827 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, HDGFL3, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with CSDC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSDC2-to-partner and partner-to-CSDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSDC2 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
