Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,904 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSDC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with CSDC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSDC2-to-partner and partner-to-CSDC2 results are reported.
