CSAG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSAG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P36, LETMD1, and SNORD114-7. Each is linked with CSAG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSAG3-to-partner and partner-to-CSAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P36 grouped by CSAG3-low versus CSAG3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
