CS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,938 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CS-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A1, LMO2, and INKA1. Each is linked with CS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CS-to-partner and partner-to-CS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CS versus COX6A1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
