CS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,073 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLL2, DPPA3P3, and OR51B6. Each is linked with CS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CS-to-partner and partner-to-CS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLL2 grouped by CS-low versus CS-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
