CRYL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,042 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-543P, RNA5SP411, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with CRYL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYL1-to-partner and partner-to-CRYL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-543P grouped by CRYL1-low versus CRYL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
