Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRYBG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,813 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYBG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3BGR, AP3S2, and GOT1. Each is linked with CRYBG3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYBG3-to-partner and partner-to-CRYBG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SH3BGR grouped by CRYBG3-low versus CRYBG3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYBG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYBG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
