Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRYAA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 817 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYAA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CRYAA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYAA2-to-partner and partner-to-CRYAA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by CRYAA2-low versus CRYAA2-high in OVARY.
