CRY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA14, OR4F4, and OR4F5. Each is linked with CRY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRY1-to-partner and partner-to-CRY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA14 grouped by CRY1-low versus CRY1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
