CRX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,045 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROG1, SMIM36, and OBP2B. Each is linked with CRX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRX-to-partner and partner-to-CRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRX versus NEUROG1 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
