CRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW1, HCN4, and CYP11B1. Each is linked with CRX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRX-to-partner and partner-to-CRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BW1 grouped by CRX-low versus CRX-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
