CRTC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,552 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML3, SEPTIN4, and CRTC3_S62. Each is linked with CRTC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC3-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRTC3 versus OLFML3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
