Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, HER3, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CRTC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC3-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC3 results are reported.
