Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRTC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,737 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, RNA polymerase II promoter clearance, and Mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with CRTC3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC3-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC3 results are reported.
