Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRTC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, RNASE7, and OR4X2. Each is linked with CRTC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC3-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC3 results are reported.
