CRTC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,495 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, GATAD2B, and WDR5. Each is linked with CRTC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC2-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRTC2 versus DHX9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
