Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,937 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRTC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASH1L, TBX19, and PRUNE1. Each is linked with CRTC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC2-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRTC2 versus ASH1L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
