Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 815 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRTC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJP6, RNU2-10P, and NCOA4P1. Each is linked with CRTC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC2-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBPJP6 grouped by CRTC2-low versus CRTC2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
