Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRTC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRTC1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CRTC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRTC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where CRTC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
