CRTC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,529 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ39, SGTA, and TIMM44. Each is linked with CRTC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC1-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ39 grouped by CRTC1-low versus CRTC1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
