Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRTAC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRTAC1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CRTAC1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRTAC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, PAAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where CRTAC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
