CRTAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REXO1L8P, MIR4797, and HASPIN. Each is linked with CRTAC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTAC1-to-partner and partner-to-CRTAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REXO1L8P grouped by CRTAC1-low versus CRTAC1-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
