CRTAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRTAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCY1B, OR56A5, and IQCF3. Each is linked with CRTAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTAC1-to-partner and partner-to-CRTAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VCY1B grouped by CRTAC1-low versus CRTAC1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
