Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRPPA mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRPPA data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher CRPPA mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRPPA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where CRPPA mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
