CRPPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRPPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,597 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRPPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP1_S257, DOK2, and THEMIS2. Each is linked with CRPPA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRPPA-to-partner and partner-to-CRPPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
