CROCCP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CROCCP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,615 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CROCCP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, NPBWR2, and HMGB4. Each is linked with CROCCP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROCCP3-to-partner and partner-to-CROCCP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1082P grouped by CROCCP3-low versus CROCCP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CROCCP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CROCCP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
