CROCCP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CROCCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,319 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CROCCP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLYR1, HNRNPR, and HNRNPU. Each is linked with CROCCP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROCCP2-to-partner and partner-to-CROCCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CROCCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CROCCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
