CRNKL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRNKL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,166 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRNKL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4307, RPA2, and UBE2V1P9. Each is linked with CRNKL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRNKL1-to-partner and partner-to-CRNKL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4307 grouped by CRNKL1-low versus CRNKL1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRNKL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRNKL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
