CRLF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRLF3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRLF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, CD8+ T-cells, and CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with CRLF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRLF3-to-partner and partner-to-CRLF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by CRLF3-low versus CRLF3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRLF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRLF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
