CRLF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRLF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,053 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRLF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD1LG2, CSF2, and NCF2. Each is linked with CRLF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRLF2-to-partner and partner-to-CRLF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRLF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRLF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
